Chia Pudding

Chia pudding can be stored for up to 5-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 3.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant based milk
- ½ tbsp rice malt syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Directions
Step 1
In a mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk, rice malt syrup and vanilla.
Step 2
Once the mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes and then give it another stir or put lid on & shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds, and then put the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Serve with your choice of fruit, granola, peanut butter, etc
