Biscoff Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 4 tbsp dairy-free spread
- 1 can sweetened condensed coconut or soy milk
- 5 cups icing sugar
Directions
Step 1
Melt the butter by microwaving it for about 30 seconds in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the biscoff and sweetened condensed milk and microwave for another 30 seconds, until the sweetened condensed milk has liquified just a bit. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Fold in the icing sugar ½ a cup at a time. The fudge should be smooth, creamy, and free of lumps. Grease an 8×8-inch cake tin and line with baking paper.
Step 4
Pour in the fudge mix and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until firmly set. Cut into desired portions & enjoy!
